Four Teamwork Assistants
A person may request one Assistant or several depending on what the work requires. The Assistants may support the same recognizable Teamwork through Communications, Planning, Organizing, and Administration.
Team-selected continuity
The Team decides what information matters, what carries forward, what should be corrected, and what work continues. Team materials may include source documents, Teamifications, approved summaries, Decisions, Needs, Offerings, Events, Tasks, Team Checks, and Teamwork App records.

Assistance is not authority.
Teamwork Assistants can help people understand, prepare, organize, and manage work. The Team retains its Decision-making authority and remains responsible for the work it chooses to continue.
That is what it means to organize AI around the Team—not the Team around AI.
