The Team controls what carries forward
The Team decides what information matters, what should be corrected, and what work continues. Approved summaries, Decisions, Needs, Offerings, Events, Tasks, Team Checks, and other Team-selected materials can support continuity.

Information in the request form is stored for review and follow-up. It is not represented as approved Team knowledge merely because it was submitted. Do not include sensitive data or materials you are not authorized to share.
Human review
Teamwork Assistance should preserve recognizable source language, identify uncertainty, and make human review possible. The source provides the language. The framework provides the structure.
